Cancer is that awful word we all fear when we go to the doctor for a physical examinations, but in that brief dark moment we hear, we also see people battling with it. It is real and although there is no particular preventive drug or foods for it, you can help reduce the risk of being a victim.

Spinach is one of the healthiest foods on earth and it’s also a great cancer-fighter as well. It’s so nutrient dense that you don’t have to eat a lot of it to get all of the benefits you need. You can also easily blend it into a smoothie, add extra water and a lot of phytonutrients, and turning the smoothie green. The more spinach you eat on a regular basis, the lower your chance of getting cancer across the board. That’s why it’s important not to eat a ton of it one day, and then go a week without it. Focus on consistently eating smaller portions more often.
