Here are five great convenient applications to help every woman keep her menstrual cycle and ovulation in check.
1. KINDARA:
Kindara keeps track of a woman’s oral temperature when she wakes up in the morning and informs her of when she’s ovulating. It also uses the cervical fluid to weigh consistency (sticky, creamy, eggwhite, watery) and tells the woman when her body is gearing up to ovulate. It notes her menstrual cycle from the first day of her period, and level of flow to remind her when her next period is due.
