It is baffling, then, that Kim Kardashian could find any fault with Kanye. Kanye certainly sees no fault in Kanye. But Kim does. In fact, this article isn’t merely a read on all of the things Kim Kardashian wants to change about her husband, but also 15 things the world wishes to change about Kanye West (we kid, we kid. Don’t take this article too seriously: we are discussing the Kardashians, after all). If one piece of relationship advice is said over and over again, it is that women can’t change men. They shouldn’t even try. In other words, Kanye’s antics will likely be here to stay for a while. 15. His Own Fashion Line If you haven’t heard, Kanye is desperately trying to break into the fashion scene but with mixed reviews. In what can only be considered poetic justice after Kayne has endlessly critiqued Kim’s own wardrobe, Kim reportedly “hates” Kanye’s new fashion line and wouldn’t actually wear any of the clothes were it not out of obligation. Kim Kardashian isn’t the only one who hates his fashion line, either – many of those in the fashion industry offered up very poor reviews of the baggy sweatshirts and the skin-coloured bodysuits. Even Kanye’s ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, had something to say about the new fashion line, particularly that the clothes would make perfect towels to dry cars. In response to all of the hate, Kanye Tweeted: “The fashion world is sooooooo fake.” He followed this up with: “Fake Fake Fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake fake … just my analysis.” 14. His Poor Personal Hygiene Reportedly, Kim isn’t a fan of Kanye’s scent (and, in a twist of events, Ray J and Reggie Bush aren’t a fan of hers, if you catch our drift). Where did this information come from? No other than Kris Humpries, of course, who apparently still isn’t over his former wife (of 72 days). According to Humphries, the topic of Kanye’s body odour would come up in conversations with Kim. In a separate report from The National Enquirer , we were graced with even more details on the matter, including the fact that Kanye’s feet, specifically, are akin to “rotten cheese.” According to the source, Kim has to tell Kanye to wash his feet and cover them with baby powder every night before he can get into bed. However, apparently his armpits are even worse. 13. His (Misogynistic) Lyrics We are just kidding about this thirteenth entry. We actually just threw this one in for kicks. Kim Kardashian actually doesn’t really mind when Kayne refers to women (including herself) by a series of misogynistic names which would be much too graphic to even include on this list (that’s how bad some of them are). When specifically asked about the topic of his music and lyrics, Kim simply responded by saying: “I mean, he’s called me a b**** in his songs,” she said. That’s just, like, what they say. I never once think, ‘What a derogatory word! How dare he?’ Not in a million years.” For a woman who basically spins her selfies into a form of women empowerment, we were expecting a little more regarding the topic. 12. His Opinions on Plastic Surgery Okay, this is one where Kayne isn’t being entirely unreasonably. After his mother died from complications during plastic surgery, he has since banned Kim Kardashian from going under the knife. However, given that Kim’s brand is basically centered around a certain unattainable beauty, Kim likely finds Kanye’s views problematic. While Kim has famously refuted all claims that she has ever had any plastic surgery, according to a leading dermatologist, Kim has clearly defied Kanye’s wishes. Dr. Tabasum Mir from Bravo’s The Singles Project , estimates that Kim has likely spent around $100,000 since she delivered her second baby alone, all in an effort to get her “pre-baby body” back. Dr. Tabasum Mir believes that Kim had everything from a tummy tuck to liposuction to various laser treatments and perhaps even implants. Kim Kardashian, however, denies the allegations. 11. His Out of Control Spending This year, Kim K’s hubby Kanye West, infamously announced that he was 53 million dollars in debt and even pleaded to Facebook’s founder Mark Zuckerberg, for some help in an effort to “bring more beautiful ideas to the world.” Reportedly (although this should not necessarily come as a shock to many of us), his spending is simply out of control at this point, and both Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner, are very concerned. Another report even suggested that Kayne apparently dipped into Kim’s own money since they apparently have separate bank accounts, which she was not pleased about (and with reason). We are honestly starting to wonder how much of this is actually true. Could Kanye West actually be in debt with all the various ventures he currently has under his belt? 10. His Beyonce Obsession Kayne has forever been professing his love for none other than Beyonce (we all remember the famousTaylor Swift debacle at the VMAs in 2009). However, his wife, on the other hand, is not such a big fan. If various reports are to be believed, Kim Kardashian and Beyonce have had some beef with each other, with some sources claiming that Beyonce thinks Kim used her for fame. Beyonce also didn’t attend Kim and Kayne’s wedding, which also added more fuel to the fire. One source claimed that Kim thought it was “extremely selfish” and that she “has absolutely no use for Beyoncé and Jay Z, and doesn’t think they are worthy to be friends with Kanye.” A recent report surfaced claiming that Kim may even be jealous of her husband’s friendship with Queen Bey. In any case, it would appear that Kim is over Kanye’s Beyonce obsession. 9. His Privacy Issues Believe it or not, but Kim K would likely be a lot more forward with aspects of her life were it not for Kanye (like having her children appear on her reality TV show or perhaps her various martial issues). But Kim seemingly lives in Kanye’s world, where Kayne would rather keep an air of secrecy about him and his family (we’re actually okay with that one, Kanye). Kim credits Kayne with making her more of a private person, but it’s obviously a point of contention, especially when Kim reportedly went out of her way to have paparazzi snap pictures of their baby North West, when they were at a doctor’s appointment. She is obviously not too concerned about Kanye’s wishes when it comes to his need for privacy. If you don’t believe us, just follow her on Snapchat. 8. His Ex-Girlfriends Obviously, when your husband’s ex-girlfriend calls you a home-wrecker, things aren’t going to end very well. The tension only escalated when Amber Rose then went on the air and made a comment aboutTyga (who is now dating Kylie Jenner) dating someone so young. Khloe Kardashian then fought back via Twitter, which ended with Amber Rose calling Kim a w****. You know, to be specific. Kayne eventually stepped in, chiming in about how he needed a bunch of showers before he was allowed to “be with Kim.” Blah blah blah. The point is, Kim isn’t a fan of Amber Rose. However, things have now taken somewhat of a bizarre turn. In a picture that took the Internet temporarily by storm, Kim and Amber were together in a selfie, despite Kanye’s reported attempts to make sure that Kim didn’t talk to her. If sources are to be believed, the situation is causing a lot of tension between the couple. The reason for the selfie? Kim is now helping Amber to launch her own set of emojis in an attempt to prevent her from further damaging the Kardashian brand. 7. His Unwillingness to Compromise Kanye likes things to go Kanye’s way – especially when it comes to “when” and “how” the details of his private life will be announced to the public. Apparently, Kayne was not pleased with the picture Kim debuted on her Instagram account of their youngest child, Saint West. If sources are to be believed, he wanted three photographers to come in so that they could get the most perfect shot and for his child to even wear designer clothes, which Kim deemed “inappropriate” and a little “stupid” (we can’t argue with that, Kim). The couple also reportedly fought over whether to debut the picture in a specific celebrity magazine or a fashion magazine (we guess it was a matter of who was going to pay more for the picture?). Kim got her way on this one and Kanye was apparently not a happy camper. 6. The Pressure To Have More Children We have to feel a little bad for Kim. Not only does it seem that Kanye wields an extraordinary amount of power and influence over every facet of Kim’s everyday life, but now he has something to say about the future children she will bear, too. If that is not the perfect template for feminist discourse, we aren’t sure what is. It has recently been reported that Kanye wants another child; according to Kim Kardashian, “He mentions it everyday!” She, however, is content with the two she has. She continued on to say: “I said no way. I was so set on my two kids and how happy I was with my life the way that it is, but Kanye has been mentioning it every single day lately for the past 10 days.” Time will tell if Kanye will get his way, once again. 5. His Public Meltdowns and Outbursts (His Ego) Kanye West is frequently having meltdowns on just about every possible platform, from talk shows to music awards, which must make Kim feel like she has another child (see Kanye, Kim already has a third child since she often feels she has to baby you). Kim is very concerned about his behaviour. Apparently, she was even stalling the reconstruction of their new house so that they can continue to live with her mom Kris Jenner, so that she could help her when he goes on his many tirades. Kim is very “nervous” of Kanye and is presumably living in fear. She must also have concerns over how it is hurting her brand – Kris Jenner sure does. Imagine if Kanye actually does decide to run for President in the year 2020… 4. His Constant Criticism From her appearance to her career choices to the essence of her very being, Kim Kardashian is just not up to Kanye’s level. She must feel like she is just not good enough for Kanye (he does call himself “God”, after all). He criticizes her parenting skills. And he reportedly even criticizes her appearance, right down to her makeup and her hair styles. When he got rid of her clothes in favour of a Kanye-approved wardrobe change, Kim said that she cried actual tears. Were they tears caused by the that fact that all her clothes were gone? Or were they tears caused by the fact that her husband didn’t think she was good enough? Kanye must always have Kim feeling more than a little inadequate. 3. His Temper and Unpredictability From violent altercations with the paparazzi to snapping on celebrities (Taylor Swift, Beck, Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose, all come to mind), Kim Kardashian is over Kanye’s temper. A source close to her said: “Kim told him she’s had enough of his temper – he’s not doing himself any favors and it’s damaging their image. Kanye says he’s always had a temper and that he’s just standing up for himself. But Kim’s dealt with the attention for years and she manages – she doesn’t get why he can’t control himself.” His most recent venture into unpredictable territory is his “Famous” music video, which features a number of celebrities, including Donald Trump, Taylor Swift and Caitlyn Jenner in a bed, naked. Kayne just doesn’t care anymore. But then again, did he ever? Lena Dunahm was one of many celebrities who was disappointed with the music video, writing, “Let’s break it down: at the same time Brock Turner is getting off with a light tap for r*ping an unconscious woman and photographing her breasts for a group chat… As assaults are Periscoped across the web and girls commit suicide after being exposed in ways they never imagined… While Bill Cosby’s crimes are still being uncovered and understood as traumas for the women he assaulted but also massive bruises to our national consciousness… Now I have to see the prone, unconscious, waxy bodies of famous women, twisted like they’ve been drugged and chucked aside at a rager? It gives me such a sickening sense of dis-ease.” His temper and unpredictability are very problematic for Kim. 2. His Twitter Rants From calling Amber Rose a stripper in one of the most entertaining Twitter feuds this year to proclaiming the innocence of Bill Cosby and the fact that he is 53 million dollars in debt, someone needs to deactivate Kanye’s Twitter account. Kim Kardashian would agree with this statement, if reports are to be believed. Kanye’s mother-in-law certainly agrees (at least) and fears that he is “ruining the Kardashian brand.” A source shared that Kim “can’t stand” Kanye’s Twitter rants. It could potentially fuel a divorce. “Kim cringes every time someone asks her about Kanye’s rants,” the source said. “She knows he just can’t stop himself and he’s going to do them no matter what she says and no matter how many time she’s told him to be more in control.” She was particularly angry about his infamous Twitter feud with Amber Rose that reached such heights that it ended up with Rose Tweeting, “Awww @kanyewest are u mad I’m not around to play in ur a**hole anymore? #FingersInTheBootyA**B****. We digress. In fact, the Twitter rants are such a point of contention that there are reports that Kim might divorce him. Another source said that Kim thinks Kanye needs therapy for the behaviour. In any case, Kim ultimately doesn’t want to be involved with drama because she is a role model, or something to that effect. For the entertainment of us all, though, we aren’t quite ready for West to stop just yet. 1. His Controlling and Demanding Ways From Kim Kardashian’s choice of clothing to her career to her very own body, Kanye has something to say about it. Kayne even got rid of Kim’s clothes because they were “too ghetto” in an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians. It was also reported that during her pregnancy, Kim was given strict demands on what she could and couldn’t wear (no sneakers, stretch pants or loose blouses, but high-end designers, heels and form-fitting clothes were a must). Kanye even had an opinion about the bridesmaids dresses at their wedding, a comment that was also documented on the show. “No slits, okay.” Kanye also doesn’t want his wife to do any more paid appearances, and, naturally, she hasn’t. So how does Kim feel about this? In an offhand remark to Khloe on Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kim said: “I love that you get to live your life by yourself at this time in your life, to have everything your taste.” The remark is very telling, indeed.
