It’s sad news for the actress, Tonto Dikeh as the Lagos Magistrate Court has denied the star the rights to air her son, King Andre Omodayo Igo Churchill, on her upcoming reality tv series King Tonto.
The injunction which was given on 31st January, 2018 is based on a suit the father, Olakunle Churchill filled against his ex-wife, saying he doesn’t want his son to be unduely exposed and exploited by the mother, Tonto Dikeh.
Justice P. A Adekomaiya of Lagos Magistrate Court has ordered the issuance of the verdict to the parties involved as Linda Ikeji Media copy was pasted at the gate of her studio.
The injunction is legal binding, so the boy will not be shown in any media including television, blog, website or any other disseminating channel for the reality show.
