6. Brooklyn
Right off the Island of Manhattan is Brooklyn, a cozy and trendy area that has been booming over the last few years. Neighborhoods like Williamsburg and Greenpoint have changed drastically over the last few years and are continuing to evolve. Brooklyn is family oriented and hip and has driven a lot of people to move off the island. With stunning views of the New York City skyline, phenomenal restaurants and countless activities such as the Brooklyn Flea Market, it’s easy to understand why people are moving there. Brooklyn is filled with incredible street art and has beautiful parks, baseball fields and tennis courts, giving you a homey feel so close to that crazy city.
