Jerry O’Connell, or shall we say “the chubby kid from Stand by Me”? That’s right, we all remember O’Connell as the chubby Vern Tessio (wearing that horribly memorable striped polo shirt) in one of our favorite iconic movies from the late 1980s. He remained chubby when he played Andrew Clements onMy Secret Identity, from 1988 to 1991. Clearly he struggled with his weight during his years as a child star, finally shedding the chub for the role of Quinn Mallory on Sliders. Now, married to Rebecca Romjin and the father of the two, Jerry O’Connell will always be remembered as one of our favorite celebrity fat kids.
