4. Teen is Grounded on MySpace, Loses His Mind

For some people, not being allowed to get on your favorite social media site might make you think that life was unfair, and that your parents didn’t understand you. Hughstan Schlicker took it a little bit farther than that. When his dad grounded him from MySpace, he shot him. When writing of the horrible experience of not being allowed on MySpace he said, “I felt like I was stabbed with a knife and it went straight through and no matter how hard I pulled, I couldn’t pull out the knife.” Umm yeah…okay. Dramatic much? Hughstan is now doing 20 years in prison.
