3. Parkinson’s
Anybody who has ever witnessed a family member or loved one have to deal with Parkinson’s disease knows how serious and how awful it is. The findings of a study that has been posted on the Journal of the American Medical Association provided some good news for those who are concerned about this disease. That study claimed “that higher coffee and caffeine intake is associated with a significantly lower incidence of PD.” It was believed, per the study, that it is the caffeine that is found in coffee that had the biggest factor in the decreased risk for Parkinson’s.
