She decided to call it quits with the site because of all of the negativity and hate that she was receiving. According to The Stir, Hewitt Tweeted, “Life should be filled with positivity and holding each other up, not making threats and sending bad vibes. To those of you who made it a joy thank you from the bottom of my heart,” before her departure. Her absence was barely felt, though; Hewitt returned to Twitter a month later.
