3. When Kim Leaves Keeping Up
As we know, Kim brings in a lot of drama and the majority of the ratings for the show. She is the focal point and the empire is based upon her. If the leading star were to leave the show – rumours were swirling in 2014 that the reality star would be leaving the show to focus on her kids – interest in the family would wane, ratings would drop and the show would, eventually, be forced to go off the air.
Even when the family eventually decides to end Keeping Up With The Kardashians for good (or it gets cancelled), this, too, could spell the end of the interest in the family and the end of Kardashian-related headlines as we know it. Ultimately, it is the reality show that keeps them at the center of the pop culture. But, no one will be keeping up with the Kardashians if (and when) it eventually goes off air.
