9. When Donald Jr. Was Racist Again
When Hillary Clinton described a number of famous Trump supporters as ‘deplorables’, it didn’t take long for the Trump camp to react, with a photoshopped picture emerging online within hours. The photo, which saw Trump alleys such as Ben Carson, Chris Christie and both of the Trump boys superimposed on to the heads of those in the successful movie The Expendables, caused an immediate outrage, especially with the far right connotations that the photograph had.
That’s right, along with the number of Trump supporters, the photo also saw the notorious frog meme, that has often been associated with the far right movement. Also retweeted by a number of far right advocates such as Roger Stone and former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke, the sh*t really hit the fan when Donald Jr. shared the same image, resulting in papa Trump exclaiming that sharing doesn’t mean endorsing.
