5. Pharmacy
Unlike Medicine, Pharmacy takes 5 years as duration of study in the university.
This professional course also entails that you go for a one year internship program after graduating from a tertiary institution at any of the registered centres of the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Once you come out on merit, you are being awarded a certificate and can practice pharmacist anywhere in Nigeria.
6. Law
Professional lawyers are few but are well respected in the country. To become a lawyer, you must offer law program at any accredited University.
Normally, 5 years is the duration to complete a law degree in Nigeria, you will have to spend an extra year at the Nigerian Law School as a law graduate before you are called to bar and can practise as a lawyer.
