Fast-rising Nigerian singer and songwriter Oludipe Oluwasanmi David, popularly known as Spyro, has said that his controversial colleague, Portable, is the only artist he would never work with.
Speaking during a recent interview with Cool FM Lagos, Spyro firmly stated that his colleague, Portable, is the only artiste he would never collaborate with.
According to the ‘Who’s your guy’ crooner, Portable will not be able to deliver a kind of performance he would like if he were to write a song for him.
Show host,Do2tun, threw a question at the singer, “Who’s that artiste you do music with?”
“Not because I have an issue with him, but because our paths just don’t cross, like, our kinds of music don’t align. Portable, I guess.
“It can’t work. He wouldn’t be able to deliver the kind of music that I would write for him because it’s not his style.”
Spyro however said his colleague, Portable, is a good singer.
