The 40-year-old Spanish hottie is featured on the cover of the magazine in nothing but a plunging black bathing suit. Penelope, who has two children, takes over the title of ‘sexiest woman alive’ from fellow actress, Scarlett Johansson, who was given the winner in 2013.
