Eugene, Oregon
The whole state of Oregon is beautiful and the women there fit that description as well. Specifically, Eugene is known for some of the hottest women in the northwest, and that includes places like San Francisco. Of course, it helps that the University of Oregon is in Eugene so you get all the college girls there, which certainly bumps up the average.
