It was learnt that there was a party at the house but Demi was not there because she’s currently out of town and according to the Police, none of Demi Moore’s family was present.
A neighbor, however, says Demi’s kids have been staying at the house for weeks and have been throwing “parties every day, day and night.” She says there are frequent pool parties but none of her kids was present at yesterday’s party.
According to the police, the man who died did not know how to swim and it appears he slipped and fell in the pool. We’re told there was no foul play.
It’s reported that Demi’s caretaker threw the party and invited the victim but the caretaker and others went out at some point leaving the victim behind, and when they returned they found him at the bottom of the pool. They reiterated neither Demi nor her kids were there.
As for alcohol, reports claim there was a limited amount at the party.
Los Angeles firefighters were first called to the house about 5 a.m. on Sunday, and they called police after finding the dead man.
Police are investigating.
