#5 Set goals. When you set goals for yourself, only you are in charge of meeting them or not. You are in charge of you. Think about all the New Year resolutions you said you wanted to do that you haven’t actually done. Maybe it’s time to sit down and create a vision board of all of them, and make this year the year you meet at least half of them! If you have wanted to lose 10 pounds, lose it! Stop talking and start doing.
The more you focus on yourself, and what you want, the more you will start loving who you are. There is nothing more gratifying than knowing you accomplished something all on your own, because you wanted to, and you did it for you and no one else. Your confidence will shine so bright that people will wonder where you’ve been hiding all along.
