8. Anderson Cooper – What’s Clickhole?

As one of America’s most well-known television journalists, you’d think Anderson Cooper would be a little diligent when people send him links. But in May of 2015, Cooper showed how little he understood the internet when parody site Clickhole posted an obviously fake quote from him, along with other obviously fake quotes from other celebrities. Instead of taking five seconds to look at the other (again, obviously fake) headlines on the page, Cooper took to twitter to defend his good name, writing, “do u make this stuff up?” Yes, Anderson.
