After a Detroit-based teenager named Kevin Kristopnik hacked his friend Ryan’s Twitter account to try to get information about Justin Bieber, the singer somehow got a hold of Kristopnik’s cell phone number and broadcasted it to his millions of followers, tweeting “everyone call me 248-XXX-XXXX.” His payback move was amazingly successful, landing Kristopnik thousands of phone calls and texts and making his cellphone bill shoot through the roof. Soon after, Kristopnik deleted his personal Twitter account. Lesson learned!
