3. Lights Out

From producer James Wan, most famously known for the Insidious franchise and The Conjuring, comes another supernatural horror film called Lights Out. It is directed and written by David F. Sandberg, based on Sandberg’s 2013 short film of the same name about a shadowy evil entity that appears to terrorize a family whenever the lights go out. Starring Australian actress and model Teresa Palmer, who also starred in The Grudge 2, this film is set for release on July 22^nd, 2016.
