Minister of State for Happiness: Shaik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoun, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Wednesday, February 10, announced a new cabinet. Ohoud Al Roumi (pictured left) was named as the country’s first Minister of Happiness.

The ruler also appointed 22-year-old Al Mazrui (right) as Minister of State for Youth for the newly created UAE Youth National Council.
