Prince and Madonna will forever be linked together because of the music that they produced in the 1980s. You may not know that Prince and Madonna were also known to have a working relationship. Madonna’s co-writer and co-producer Patrick Leonard once discussed that relationship while speaking withBillboard.com. According to Leonard, Prince’s genius can be heard on an iconic Madonna song. “What I know is that his guitar work is on, when you start ‘Like a Prayer,’ the guitar that you hear before the door slams…that’s Prince,” Leonard explained during the interview.
