It may sound obvious, but stress is one of the biggest causes of changes in your libido. If you’re experiencing a lot of pressure at work or you’re going through a difficult time for any reason, chances are it’s going to have a knock-on effect in this area of your life, too. It is fixable, however, in the same way as it’s possible to fix the other effects of stress. Meditating, taking a walk to get some fresh air or a nice hot shower may all help you take your pulse down a notch – and take your libido back up. You just want something to take your mind off whatever it is you’ve been stressing out about. That’s all.
