14. Looking good can be a full time job

As much as we want to believe we live in a Beyoncé song, no, not everyone wakes up like this. Sure, some women have been blessed with the clearest of skin, the highest of metabolisms, and the glossiest of hair, but most women have to work for that, and that’s okay. Looking good and living a healthy lifestyle can take on all the trappings of a full time job. There’s diet, exercise, makeup, exfoliators, moisterizers, hair treatments, and I could go on forever and still not reach the limit of what some women will do to stay pretty. Treat that with the proper respect it deserves.
