Nigerian drug trafficker: 34-year-old Okeke Amadi Samuel and his Vietnamese wife, Ho Hu Thuy, 28, were sentenced to 25 years in jail by the Phnonm Penh Municipal Court for mailing 1.5 kilograms of heroin to Australia.
