Wizkid who recently won The Best International Act at the 2017 edition of the Music of Black Origin (MOBO) Awards, recently voiced out his concern with how African artists are treated by international show organizers. The Manya Singer called for equal treatment for African artists, saying it’s either they’re shown same level of respect accorded their foreign counterparts or none at all. “If you are not going to show us the same love you show your international artists on the main stage, don’t show us love at all. We have our own people”, Wizkid said.
