A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to share photo of the strange substance she found at the bottom of a juice box.
The production of substandard goods in Nigeria has been a fundamental issue for a long time now. From fake rice and fish flooding the market to unsanitary productions of soda and other drinks for consumption.
A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to reveal how she found a weird substance in the juicebox she bought for her little sister. According to her, the little girl had already drunk some of the juice before she noticed something was restricting the flow of juice in the straw.
An Instagram user shared the story: “My sister bought this CAPRI-SONNE for the little baby girl at home. While the little girl was drinking the Orange juice something blocked the straw so the little baby girl took it back to big sister for her to open it well, along the line my sister perceived an unpleasant aroma and then she got a knife and cut the juice park.
Inside the CAPRI-SONNE PARK we saw this substance and the little baby girl have already drank some of itMy dear ones….. Am still confused over this, because the expiring date on the CAPRI-SONNE is AUGUST 9TH 2018 which is in three months time. I really don’t know what to call this….that’s why I have to share it for you all to see. “
This would not be the first time such a story is being shared on social media. A while ago, We reported the news of how a Nigerian man reportedly bought fake plastic fish.
According to the story, he only got to find out after trying to cook the fish for hours without result.
