5 NO MORE BIG SUNGLASSES

If it wasn’t known before, then let’s make sure it is absolutely clear now: Kanye is a minimalist. Well, when it comes to style and art at least. And those stylistic nuances extend out to one cultish femme fatale trademark of Kim’s – her fetish for big sunglasses! Kanye has shut the shades down. Kim actually spoke on the subject, saying, “Kanye sent me a whole email like, ‘You cannot wear big glasses anymore.'” The reason? Well, for one, it’s Kanye and he knows fashion, right? And in his opinion, a ’90s retro-against-the-grain flare is the way to go. It also seems like the other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan have followed suit. Kylie rocked small lenses at the Met Gala this year, and she’s always ahead of the fashion game.

4 NO HANGING WITH, OR TALKING TO, OR ABOUT THE EXES

This might be the most normal prohibition yet. No person likes to see their current beaus or belles with a person that came before them. Call it an animalistic trait that is systemic to homo sapiens being creatures of habit, or just plain old insecurity, but Kanye absolutely does not want Kim around her exes. Also, she can’t talk to them — at all. And she can’t talk about them — ever. Well, pretty sure the message is clear and maybe within good reason given her past relationships. Always better to be safe than sorry, even for the artist with the “big ego.” Ironic, don’t you think? Luckily for Kanye, Kim’s past relationships didn’t exactly end on good terms, so we doubt any of her ex-boyfriends, or ex-husbands for that matter, would try and make contact with her now.

3 NO MAKE UP

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder — again another colloquialism — but for Kanye, he can’t get enough of Kim’s natural beauty. For Kanye, he likes his wife without any make up. This could be part of his minimalist views and beliefs, but it’s still rather sweet of Mr. West. In public, the dalliance still dances with contour lines and cheeks and eyeliner, but Kanye prefers Kim’s skin-deep beauty. However, considering how much work she’s actually had done, we’re not sure how natural she actually is, but, either way, Kanye prefers his wife with a bare face. It must be a nice relief for Kim when she’s just chilling at home compared to the outfit changes and beauty regimens she endures on a daily basis because that’s what people expect from her.
