The Deputy Commander of Land Force, Major Gen Francis Takirwa, has warned health workers to stop treating homos*xuals in public health facilities.
He made the statement while speaking with the Ugandan people’s Defense Forces.
He warned health workers to stop treating people with ‘leaking pampers’ because they are aware of the repercussion before indulging in the act.
He stated that their way of life is too shameful and they should be given no right to be treated in the hospital.
In his words:
“Don’t use our health facilities to treat homos*xuals, someone comes with pampers leaking and wants treatment because he decided as if he didn’t have brains. No. No. This is too much and unacceptable. Someone comes and starts doing such shameful, unnatural, un-African practices and you keep quiet.”

“Put them in jail if you want to, after all it’s your country and you make the rules, but don’t tell health workers not to do their job.”
