5. Shia LeBeouf – DUI
Shia LeBeouf was recently arrested for public intoxication outside of a bar in Austin, Texas. Coincidently this is not the ex-Disney star’s first alcohol-related misdemeanor. In July of 2008, LeBeouf was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after his pickup hit another car in West Hollywood.
The-then 22-year-old looked really happy despite sustaining minor injuries from the crash. He didn’t have the same reaction recently, though; in his most recent mugshot the actor looks devastated. LeBeouf is an accomplished actor, having appeared in a multitude of films like theTransformers franchise, Lawless, and the latest Indiana Jones movie. But his behavior in public have been worrisome to say the least.
