2. Budget duplication:
There has been controversies surrounding the 2016 budget which included the duplication of the budget. There were also claims that the President submitted another version of the budget.

Senate President, Bukola Saraki accused the Presidencial Liason officer, Ita Enang for submitting a different version presented  by President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday, December 22, to a joint session of the National Assembly.
