6. You’re Fired!
This is also another text that should never be sent. If you’re the boss, it may be extremely tempting to send a text rather than to face an employee who just isn’t working out. However, if you want to be in good standing with anyone else in the company, just have a short meeting with the person so that you won’t get a bad reputation. It also isn’t a good idea for the simple fact that they may not receive the message and continue on working. You will have to end up paying this person for hours that they worked in which you did not want.
