4. Babangida’s health
Babangida several months ago confirmed his illness while dismissing the rumours that he is bedridden or disable.
The illness of ex-president became public when he attended the valedictory dinner for Justice Fati Lami Abubakar, the former Niger state chief judge, and was helped out of the event before the end.
Jonathan also last month paid a courtesy visit to the incumbent leader President Buhari.
During the meeting which was said to be short, two politicians were said to have discussed series of issues of national importance, especially the unrest in the Niger Delta region of the country and the unity of Nigeria.
