7. Albemarle Estate, Charlottesville, Virginia
Ever the real estate aficionado, Trump bought Albermarle for just $6.5 million in 2012. To take advantage of the 26,000 square feet of space in this neo-Georgian manor and its terrific location in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Donald decided to turn the property into a bed & breakfast.
With a vineyard and bustling greenery all around, the manor offers deluxe estate and pool house rooms for booking. Meaning there are suites in the main house and the pool house. There is also a separate 700-square-foot private log Cabin that includes two king beds, four piece bathroom, large seating area, and a private back porch.
The rates vary between $309 and $509 per night in the now Trump Vineyard Estates, and the guests are welcome to experience the winery.
