When you talk about forefathers of the Hip-Hop industry, you have to mention the superb lyricistChuck D of the seminal hip-hop group, Public Enemy. For most of the late 80s and early 90s, Public Enemy was the biggest rap group in the world. They had hit albums like It Takes A Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back, Fear of a Black Planet and Apocalypse 91 … The Enemy Strikes Back. Their music had a revolutionary message symbolized by the hit song, “Fight the Power.” In the latter part of his career, he has hosted politically-themed radio shows, advocated before Congress and is a major member of the TransAfrica forum. It’s obvious he cares about the betterment of society and that’s why he would make a decent president.
