Everybody was talking about this look. Christina Milian walked on the red carpet in vivacious purple in this sexy sequined dress paired up with purple strappy heels. The look was definitely turning heads around and not all of them were for the good. However, the fact that Christina owned the entire look from head to toe made us put her on this list. She was turning it up in this ensemble, almost giving us some Lil Kim (back at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards) except less raunchy. The reality TV star even went for some purple eye shadow.
