12. I Want a Divorce

If you are married, the very last thing you want to do is to tell your husband or wife that you want a divorce. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen and it is inevitable that a split will have to happen. You would have to be pretty upset with someone to not even announce a divorce in person. I guess if you texted a marriage proposal, a divorce text would seem appropriate.

This also goes for breakups. Anyone who is in a serious relationship should never text a message that states that they want to break up. Yes, it may be easier than in person, but it’s just flat-out rude.
