16. Lea Michele & Matthew Paetz
After the devastating loss of her boyfriend Cory Monteith to an overdose a few years back, it seemed that Lea Michele had finally found happiness again with model Matthew Paetz. The pair had been together for almost two years before the split.
Apparently, Paetz, 30, broke up with Lea Michele out of left field with no prior warning signs. Lea had reportedly hit a rough patch after Glee wrapped and she was constantly complaining about not getting enough work. Sounds like she was taking out a little of that frustration on her man! Lea Michele has been notorious for being difficult to work with. Maybe he just couldn’t take it anymore.
