We still believe that her lips are all natural (although maybe she has had to plump them a bit as she got older…) but we do think that her nose has undergone some major reconstructive surgery. We can see photos of Angelina back in her younger days, and these snapshots show the bridge of her nose being wider than it is now. These days, Angelina has a noticeably narrower nose and it looks perfectly smoothed and contoured.
