9) Drinking A Lot Of Coffee
Coffee has been linked with causing many health issues, such as, stunted growth, cancer, heart attacks and stinky breath…wait…one of those doesn’t belong. Coffee drinkers can feel a little bit better about the several cups of coffee they go through in a day. It’s not a proven fact that coffee causes heart attacks, cancer or any other health issues that it is often linked to. Coffee has many health benefits for the human body. Coffee contains antioxidants and chemicals that actually help with fighting off Type 2 Diabetes, liver cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Of course, too much coffee drinking and not enough water can lead to feelings of anxiety and dehydration. Although it’s okay to drink coffee, it’s also important to have a good balance.
