Being stressed out won’t help you get slim and it spells bad news for your body. In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online, MedExpress.co.uk health expert Dr Clare Morrison said: “Stress affects the best of us – whether you’re stressed with your workload, family life, or even situations going on around you that you have little or no control over.
“Whatever may cause it, stress can have disastrous effects on our mental and physical health.”
What’s more, calm people tend to work off 104 more calories a day so try and keep your stress levels to a minimum.
