Saudi Arabia’s Royal Family: The Middle East is a sketchy and controversial region, which attracts new problems every day. This region is also full of oil. Oil has become the most desired commodity of the 21st century, and people are ready to sacrifice their souls for it. It results in many conflicts, dictatorships, oppression, and tyranny. If you don’t believe me, let the facts talk for itself. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the largest country in the Middle East. Naturally, it possesses the largest amount of oil as well. Sadly, the people of Saudi Arabia don’t usually get the chance to enjoy the wealth. You guessed it right; all the money stays within the Saudi Arabia’s Royal Family, also known as the House of Saud. Of course, it is a huge family, and they need a lot of money to satisfy their inadequate needs, soaked with vanity.

It is impossible to say precisely how many people belong to the House of Saud, but it is in the thousands for sure. There are about 15,000-30,000 members in total, but “only” around 2,000 of them are in control of the family’s wealth. So, the rest are fighting for their share of the pie, while the King is wasting all the money in the treasury. The worst part, the entire Saudi Arabia’s population only receives what’s left after the feast is over. And boy oh boy, those feasts of the Saudi Arabia’s Royal Family are hardcore. These people think they’re above the law. As the saying goes, absolute power corrupts absolutely.
15 459 Tons Of Luggage For A 9-Day Trip
Salman bin Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman bin Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud (His name is crazy enough for a separate article), the head of the House of Saud is a very rich person. If you thought that Hollywood celebrities are wasting money, Salman takes it to a whole new level. For instance, he took 459 tons of luggage on a nine-day trip to Indonesia. What the hell is wrong with that guy? I wouldn’t even have enough of imagination to think of so many unnecessary things.
So what was in the luggage? Well, my favorite things are two Mercedes-Benz s600 limousines and two electric elevators. Why? I mean, doesn’t Indonesia have any cars or elevators? Or Salman is just so used to using his electric elevator that it is impossible to adapt to a new one anymore? The JAS airlines hired 572 workers only to deal with the luggage of King Salman. Those numbers are just way too bizarre.
14 The Game Of Saudi Arabia’s Throne
There are way too many princes in Saudi Arabia. Sadly, there is only one throne. What happens in situations like this? Well, if you watched Game Of Thrones, you know the answer.
Back in 1975, people loved King Faisal, who had a close relationship with the United States, invested in the modernization of Saudi Arabia, and actually cared for his people. Sadly, his nephew, Prince Faisal Ibu Musaed, hated King Faisal with all his heart. On March 25, 1975, the prince approached the King and shot him three times in front of the nation. Medics couldn’t help King Faisal, and he passed away soon after the shooting. Strangely, his last wish was to spare the life of Prince Faisal Ibu Musaed. That said, the high religious court found the prince guilty and beheaded him in a public place. So, the next time you think that being a king is cool, think about all the jealous relatives that will want your death as well.
