8. Gary Coleman
Gary Coleman was an actor and comedian who will forever be remembered for his portrayal of Arnold Jackson, the little troublemaker on the hit sitcom Diff’rent Strokes. The young child star whose catchphrase “Whatchoo talkin’ ’bout Willis?” was a mainstay during the late 1970s through the 80s, had a promising career going for himself, but financial and legal problems greatly hindered what could have been. One such legal issue occurred at a bowling alley in Utah in 2008 where Coleman was arrested for disorderly conduct and reckless driving. Witnesses said that a man had taken a picture of Coleman without his permission, sparking an argument between the two. Coleman would then back into the man with his truck in the parking lot, pulling him underneath it and hitting another parked car. He pleaded no contest, paid a 100$ fine, and settled the civil suit by paying an undisclosed amount of money.
