4. Patek Philippe – Henry Graves Pocket Watch – $11,000,000
Once selling for $24,000,000, the Patek Philippe – Henry Graves Pocket Watch has dwindled in a price a bit, to a meager $11,000,000. Yet the watch beat the world record of time at auction, beating … itself! The watch has loads of personality and prestige, being created by Patek Philippe and reawakening the era of the Roaring 20s. This watch is comprised of 24 unique complications (or gear functions), and the watch does very well at auction and with watch collectors. In fact, Patek Philippe has developed a reputation for design vintage-inspired watches and timepieces. And while many people will not be able to purchase this watch (or even breathe anywhere near it, probably,) this watch will be adored for generations to come. A total of eight years went into designing and manufacturing this baby, as well as lot of inspiration and commissioned piece that Henry Graves oversaw himself.
