Search for terms like ‘healthy whole-grain breakfast’ or ‘quick vegetable snacks,’ says registered dietician nutritionist Tori Holthaus, R.D.N., founder of YES! Nutrition, LLC. From there, you can create grocery list and, if you’re lucky enough to live in a city with a grocery service like Instacart, you can order all of the ingredients from work. Take that, takeout!
